Violet is alive. [evil cackle] But we'll get back to that....
Summary:
My Violet. She is the heartbeat of the game for me. If mourning was ship, she was a hostage on it. The sails had long since gone to cinder and she was chained to the mast. She was sunken under the waves and residing in the cold, crushing oblivion. Honestly, I kept trying to come up with ways to get her out of it, but there just wasn't anything.
I've always felt like Violet is very divided in herself and who she is and what she feels at home with. They are opposite ends of the spectrum. She can be gentle and sweet, compassionate and overly concerned. She can cuddle up and be completely vulnerable. The flip side is she is a violent, chaotic, will kill you if you touch her, sharp tongued, stubborn, sarcastic, hard hitting whirlwind that won't back down. What you get is all depending on what you bring to the table, and how she sizes you up. Nearly everyone gets the latter.
Thankfully, she is coming around now, and she's been fun to play again. I've been tucked away behind the screen here laughing a lot, which is really, really nice.
Summary:
- Six toons dead. This has lightened the pressure considerably as I had hoped. That worked out well.
- Possibly another two are going to bite it, if I can get the heart to do it that is. I'm still holding out for a good story for one of them, so I keep limping back and forth with her.
- Aria was brought back, without the baggage, so that's lovely [plan on using her mainly for band related things and not so much for role play but who knows]
- Allergies are over so I don't feel like I want to crawl under the bed and hibernate.
- It is slow season so I have plenty of free time, which is nice.
- I've made a list in my head of which toons are going to get the most attention and which simply will not. Anyone on the bottom of list I don't plan on doing more than a message every couple days and won't be actively searching for anyone to play with on those toons.

So, thank the maker to the random, new people that breezed into her life and have made playing my darling girl possible again after so many tries that were a complete disaster. I really thought she was done for. So did she.
Thanks to Christopher for making sure she actually left the damn house and never giving up on calling her, even when she refused to call back. Timothy for always messaging her, and for being hilarious OOC.
And thanks to Dorian, and Patrick [and their players for creating such awesome characters who work so well with my girl for different reasons, and making her a joy again. I will always, no matter where r.p leads us, be thankful for you helping dig her out from under the rubble.]
I shall pick away at character pages over the next while and see if I can't get most of them done. If there is a point to these any more.
Also, again, thanks to the people that waited it out during the long slump. Big hugs and kisses to you all. Or, punches, depending on what gets you off.
